Mood offers a breakfast menu and a combination lunch/dinner menu. There are also special poolside and late-night menus of smaller plates. Chef Eric Neuman has assembled an eclectic array of choices. On his main menu, for example, you’ll find appetizers such as grilled teriyaki chicken wings ($9), a Mediterranean sampler of hummus, eggplant and tatziki ($10), and assorted flatbreads ($10 and up). There’s an assortment of sandwiches and wraps including roasted peppers, Portobello and goat cheese in a spinach tortilla ($9), various burgers ($9 and up) and a gyro pita ($9). Main entrees include short ribs ($23), ahi tuna and wasabi rice ($21), and a grilled vegetable plate ($12).
